    Shop-floor overview

    Every machine, every mold, every current parameter on one screen. Live status is colour-coded so a walk-through of the plant reveals what needs attention.

    The full mold lifecycle on one timeline: maintenance, repairs, cycles, personnel. Structured fault categories plus free text — filterable history, not a graveyard of PDF notes.

    Cycles pulled directly from your MES via REST. Mold counters update automatically — no manual entry, no divergence between shop-floor reality and the maintenance schedule.
